About Ridgeview
Ridgeview Consulting didn't come from the marketing world. It came from the plant floor — years of delivering automation systems before picking up a single marketing project.
Who's Behind Ridgeview
Ridgeview Consulting was founded by Zack Lynch — owner of Next Tech Automation.
Zack has delivered over $75 million in automation systems across food manufacturing, automotive, electronics, and medical industries — and continues to work directly inside the industry today.
He has spent years working inside and alongside some of the most demanding manufacturing environments in North America. From coordinating multi-vendor installations to managing commissioning under aggressive timelines, to stepping in mid-project when scope or execution broke down — he's operated where performance matters and results are visible.
That experience hasn't been left behind — it continues to shape how Ridgeview operates.
When Ridgeview builds messaging or rebuilds a website for an automation OEM or machine builder, it's done with a real understanding of:
There's no learning curve. No generic messaging. No need to explain the industry.
Because we're still in it — the trade shows, the long sales cycles, the technical buyers who can spot weak positioning immediately.
Industry Background
Ridgeview's marketing perspective is grounded in real project work across multiple industries and equipment categories — environments where complexity is high and credibility matters.
Beef, pork, poultry, bacon, IQF, sauces — with firsthand understanding of food-grade requirements, throughput constraints, and HACCP considerations.
Programs at major OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers — applying automotive-grade project discipline to manufacturing environments of all types.
Conveyor systems, sortation, palletizing, and fulfillment automation at scale — including large-format retail and e-commerce operations.
Multi-vendor coordination, schedule management, budget tracking, and milestone reporting — with a bias toward documentation and accountability.
PLC/HMI integration, production visibility systems, and MES-level infrastructure — connecting hardware to the plant information layer.
New plant construction automation from blank site to operational — including utility planning, equipment sequencing, and full commissioning management.
Why It Matters
Most marketing agencies ask you to explain your industry before they can do any work. They need weeks to understand what a machine builder does, how a capital equipment sale works, or why Pack Expo matters more than a Google Ads campaign.
Ridgeview starts from the opposite position. We've sat in the same meetings, worked the same trade shows, and navigated the same long sales cycles. When we write messaging for an automation company, we're translating experience we already have — not learning it on your dime.
That's why Ridgeview exists. Not because the world needed another marketing agency — but because this industry needed a marketing partner who wouldn't require a translator.
Our Clients
Ridgeview is built for companies in the manufacturing automation ecosystem — the OEMs, integrators, and equipment builders who make production lines run. These companies share a common profile: strong technical capability, long relationship-driven sales cycles, and a marketing presence that hasn't kept pace.
This isn't marketing for everyone. It's marketing built specifically for companies selling complex systems — by someone who has been on the other side of the table.
Strong technical capability, outdated marketing presence. Relies on referrals and trade shows. Ready to grow but doesn't want to hire full-time marketing staff.
